BLAGONATOR II - Judgement Day - Its Something Personal

Hearing Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich, this past week, (a million times!), I can only say he is the new "BLAGONATOR" for me. Just like the original Terminator, where the main character is the evil villain, but comes back in the sequel to be the hero, I accept "Blago" in much the same way now. I know many would ask, why?... Well first off, I love a great cowboy movie as much as the next guy,(referring to Blago's reference to being hung...with rope). But the biggest reason I would now like to see the BLAGONATOR keep returning in sequel after sequel, is to also be the great "Frustrator" of the Chicago political machine. I can even see a sequel called "BLAGONATOR - RISE OF THE CHICAGO POLITICAL MACHINE". I know it may sound funny at first. But isn't it really nice to see the political machine that gave us such great characters as Blagojevich himself, Obama, Emanuel, Daley and the rest of the "B" actors cast, get as frustrated as almost half of us Americans did in this past election? And c'mon, Blago is a GREAT speaker! Isn't this the same reason Obama was hailed as the new "Uniter and Orator?" And Blago uses NO teleprompter or crib notes!

Joseph Biden Jr., Dead at 65 (speaking of his hopes as VP)

A rumor circulating through my emails today provoked me to write again about Joe Biden and his role in this presidential election. In my past blog titled "Bye, bye Biden, I talked about the meeting that took place between Barack Obama and Bill Clinton on this past September 11th. I laid out my views that it would be to figure out a way for Biden to step down and let Hillary take his place. I explained that if this would be done, the fallout would not be as big as people think, it would actually be a windstorm of publicity for the Obama/Clinton ticket, monopolizing the media coverage right up to election day, and leaving Joe Biden as a "hero" to the many democrats who know he is doing little to help, and more to hurt the dems chances of victory in November.

Well on to this rumor being circulated in emails today. It is summarized as follows:

On or about October 5th, Biden will excuse himself from the ticket, citing health problems, and will be replaced by Hillary. This is timed to occur after the VP debate on October 2nd.

My personal take thus far, is that this is interesting in itself, why wouldn't Hillary debate Palin? Or, is it because the Obama campaign wants to  give Joe another "test run". This time against Sarah Palin. If he performs well, his dreams may live, if he performs badly enough to give Palin a boost, his dreams are dead. Then Hillary needs to "roll the dice" on Obama winning, AND doing a good job over the next four or eight years, if she hopes to be elected as president in 2016. If she takes the VP slot now, you know that Bill will be out on the scene stating the fact that Hillary came back to "save" the party this time around. Obama will be a presidential "puppy". They will make Christmas videos of Barack running around the White House, with garland in his mouth. It will be Barry instead of Barney... Now back to the "rumor".

There have been talks all weekend about how to proceed with this information. Generally the felling was we should all go ahead and get this news out there, on emails, on talk radio, and in blogs like this one. I have already seen a few short "blurbs" about this - the "health problem" cited in those articles was aneurysm. Probably many of you have heard the same rumblings.
However, at this point, with the inside info from the DNC, it looks like this Obama strategy will be a go. Therefore, it seems that the best strategy is to get it out in front of this Obama maneuver, spell it out in detail, and thereby expose it for the manipulation that it is. [end of "rumor"].

Unfortunately, 50% of America will not view this as a "maneuver". They will see it as a "hero" stepping down to allow his presidential nominee make the correct choice this time, to save the victory in November. But how much damage is to be felt by the institution and the top of the ticket? Obama will suffer a bigger loss than losing. He will be undermined everyday with the simple fact that "if not for Hillary" and the Clinton supporters, Barack would be back in the senate like Kerry before him. As long as Obama can be in the shadow of his vice president for four or eight years, his description will be compared to the stories always put out about Dick Cheney running the White house and the policies of the Bush administration. I have wondered why the Obama campaign did not start the original message of "another four years of Cheney", since this is what they would want us to believe the past eight years.

Bye, Bye Biden!

With the news of Obama meeting with Bill Clinton today, I start wondering what these two would be discussing with each other. Could they exchanging black books? Doubt it, since everything we know wrong with Obama, no one has ever suggested he is unfaithful to his wife.
Can they be discussing a way for Obama's supporters to help the Clinton power couple pay off their large debt left from a failed campaign? Doubt it, since this deal was supposed to have been agreed to already, but we can see that the debt is not being paid. Maybe because Hillary is not doing enough to show her support for Obama? Or maybe she is not showing her full support because Obama is not living up to his part of the deal? Either way, this is probably not the topic of today discussion between the democrats golden boys.

Maybe they are discussing ways to sell information to China and raise more money for Baracks campaign? I see he needed to have a $30,000 per plate fund raiser here in New Jersey at Bon Jovi's house. I am sorry i could not attend, but $30 grand can be put towards my kids college fund. I also see Obama is having a fund raiser at Barbara Streisand's this month? Is the cash flow slowing down along with Obama's campaign?

With all of this to think about, the only "touchdown" play in the books for Obama, is to shake up his campaign like John McCain shook his up. I am willing to bet that the two were discussing a way to get rid of Joe Biden! Let's face it, who is best to talk to when you want someone gone? Bill Clinton? Maybe. This is a move that would dominate the news cycle for weeks! It would absolutely ENERGIZE his base and Hillary's supporters. It would have little fall out with "axing" Joe Biden. Good move... except,

This would show that Obama will drag his feet to make a decision. Make the wrong decision (again). And do anything necessary to get a "redo" on his original decision. Is this someone ready to lead on day one?

If Obama misspeaks, Palin will hit him with a lip "stick"

It may be wrong to wish this on Obama, but from this point on, every word he utters (no pun for milking a cow), will be analyzed by all listening. He will be a prisoner of his own cliches' and slogans that come out wrong (or right).

The best part about this, from my point of view, is that Sarah Palin never needs to say a word about his comments about her. She has the upper hand in this "feminist" fight, just like Obama had the upper hand against Bill and Hillary in the "race card" fight. Each and every word that comes out wrong of the Obama/Biden campaign, will be inspected, analyzed, maybe twisted, and repeated constantly until everyone has heard it.

The same "system" that has convinced the democrats that the Clinton's are racists, etc., will haunt Obama in a similar way by labeling these two "good ole' boys" as disrespectful to women. With African Americans making up 15-18% of the electorate, (with little chance of peeling any voters to your side), and women making up 50-54% of the electorate (with a good chance of peeling many to your side), I will put my money not on the guys carrying a "big stick", but the women carrying the "lip stick".

John McCain rolled the dice with all his chips on the table... He is not playing the quarter slots... And will most likely win the "House".

Lipstick on a what?

We keep hearing from the Obama soldiers, that the "Lipstick on a pig" comment was just an old cliche' being retold. If this is really true, are we to believe that Baracks supporters in the audience are so easily excited by this "old cliche", that they clap and rise from their seats at the joy of Obama simply repeating it?

Or, are we to believe that Obama just simply misspoke, and really did not consider the fact that a speech given by Governor Palin just a week earlier, which referenced lipstick,a pit bull, and a hockey mom, would not come into the minds most people hearing it? If so, this means that he is just not seasoned enough to recognize what should and should not be said at times.

Obama is now seen "thinking" long and hard before each and every word that comes out of his mouth. He obviously does not want to have another "foot in the mouth" moment. Unfortunately, he will not have the luxury of this "I did not mean that", or "I did not mean this", when saying something that insults leaders of other countries, or people in this country, if and when he becomes president. Between Joe Biden's, and now, Barack Obama's diarrhea of the mouth, they should re-think every comment they crucified President Bush over.

But this will not happen. The left will continue to claim that they are the smartest amongst us, and that we should listen to them for our own good. The people of Virginia listening to Obama's lipstick comment, laughing, cheering, and jumping up out of their seats are the people that "understand" Barack, and what is needed for this country. If you do not understand Barack's humor, it is your fault. If you do not get Russel Brand's humor, it is because the Brit's are light years ahead of us in their political thinking and humorous lines.

I hope someday to join the "enlightened" ones,  and rise to level of wit and understanding that Obama's followers seem to have... God willing.
