We keep hearing from the Obama soldiers, that the "Lipstick on a pig" comment was just an old cliche' being retold. If this is really true, are we to believe that Baracks supporters in the audience are so easily excited by this "old cliche", that they clap and rise from their seats at the joy of Obama simply repeating it?
Or, are we to believe that Obama just simply misspoke, and really did not consider the fact that a speech given by Governor Palin just a week earlier, which referenced lipstick,a pit bull, and a hockey mom, would not come into the minds most people hearing it? If so, this means that he is just not seasoned enough to recognize what should and should not be said at times.
Obama is now seen "thinking" long and hard before each and every word that comes out of his mouth. He obviously does not want to have another "foot in the mouth" moment. Unfortunately, he will not have the luxury of this "I did not mean that", or "I did not mean this", when saying something that insults leaders of other countries, or people in this country, if and when he becomes president. Between Joe Biden's, and now, Barack Obama's diarrhea of the mouth, they should re-think every comment they crucified President Bush over.
But this will not happen. The left will continue to claim that they are the smartest amongst us, and that we should listen to them for our own good. The people of Virginia listening to Obama's lipstick comment, laughing, cheering, and jumping up out of their seats are the people that "understand" Barack, and what is needed for this country. If you do not understand Barack's humor, it is your fault. If you do not get Russel Brand's humor, it is because the Brit's are light years ahead of us in their political thinking and humorous lines.
I hope someday to join the "enlightened" ones, and rise to level of wit and understanding that Obama's followers seem to have... God willing.
